This sounds similar to the issue with McAfee some time ago where also the site was somehow reported to have malware on it and flagged on that basis, but upon McAfee's own review was found to be clean.

As long as you do not enter personal info, there is no way of the site getting access to it, even if there is/was malware on the site. ""
