Sunrise Safari May 22- Lions and An African Wild Cat

Sunrise Safari - May 22nd

We start off almost immediately with Jamie spotting an African Wild Cat! She has Wiam on camera.

While Jamie repositions we hop over to Brent who has one of the Birmingham Males with the youngest of the Nkahuma Pride.

The lions are up having a romp and are rolling in some Hippo Dung. See Video Below

Back over to Brent who has followed the lions to the dam wall.

The Hippo was not impressed by the lions arrival.
Other vehicles are at the lion sighting so we have to move on

Back with Brent and he tells us he had some excitement while we were with the African Wild Cat.  The Hippo left the water and aimed straight at Brent and they had to move away very quickly.  He adrenaline was very high he said. He had to bang the side of the car.

-----we missed it------

Brent did a LIVE facebook video using his cell phone as he tracked the lions. Short Clip below. It was short lived as he lost signal.
